Cooling-off period/returns

It may occasionally happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps the piece is not quite to your liking, or perhaps there is another reason you would prefer not to keep your purchase. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason. 

Due to our extra packaging costs and the additional fees for registered shipping, we maintain the following policy. The shipping costs—both to your address and for the return from your address to the webshop—are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories provided and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at info@bymsd.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product or its packaging be damaged more than is strictly necessary to examine the item, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. We kindly ask you to handle each piece with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

Exchange a product?

Would you like to exchange your item? That is no problem at all. You can contact us at info@bymsd.nl. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of both returning the item and sending the new exchange piece. 

Returning or exchanging personalized items?

Please note! Items that have been personalized based on the information you have provided or chosen—such as names, custom logos, or special texts—are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly do our best to amend the order for you in time.
